Protecting your privacy and the personal information you provide us is a top priority for Horizon Video Technologies Inc. (“Horizon Video Technologies”). By visiting this site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Any data submitted to www.horizon.camera (“Website”), is collected, managed and retained by Horizon Video Technologies, with prejudice to the provisions of par. 4 below. We do not transfer, sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Unless stated otherwise, this document only deals with the use and communication of data collected by Horizon Video Technologies. Those Privacy Policy provisions are part of our TOS.

You consent to our access to and collection of such information about you. You have the obligation to state truthfully, accurately and completely your up-to-date personal information in the registration process and update your account whenever it is needed. If your personal information is not in compliance with these provisions or if Horizon Video Technologies has reasonable suspicions that the your personal information is not in accordance with these provisions, Horizon Video Technologies has the right to reject your application for registration or to suspend or terminate immediately your account, irrespectively of any notice, any use, current or future. In this case, you have no right to any compensation for the rejection of your application, the suspending or termination of your account.
Horizon treats all personal information and data according to Delaware law. We collect two kinds of information from you: a) personal information and b) other data to facilitate the use of our Services and for statistical purposes, such as the number of your monthly active users, website navigation data and your Internet Protocol address (“IP address”).
We do not transfer, sell or rent your personal information and data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We request only the information and data that we need to operate our Services and improve our Website’s user experience. Finally, we store all the information that is tracked through standard Clicky and Google Analytics but we do not store this information on our databases.
We may collect data about you for benchmark analysis and statistical purposes for the use of our Services. These data will be anonymized and no data collected for this purpose shall be transferred or sold to competitors in way or format that identifies you.
All the information, described in this paragraph 3, will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We do not use your data in any other context other than the one described in our TOS and Privacy Policy.
To protect our Partners’ privacy, Partners’ identities are kept anonymous. Horizon does not provide protection for users who interact outside of the Horizon platform or that are actively violating our TOS.
Horizon Video Technologies reserves its right though to share your personal information and data to a third party in case of sale merger, control changes, reorganization or liquidation of our company. All actions will naturally be completed in compliance with Delaware law (and other applicable laws) of personal data and privacy.
All our employees, independent contractors and agents have executed non-disclosure agreements, which provide explicit confidentiality protections.
We use a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to bill our clients. Each Partner shall set up its account via our Website (the “Billing Account”). The processing of payments and the collection of your personal and billing information, shall be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to Horizon Video Technologies’ Terms of Service.
We do not collect any billing information from you. We just save the transaction id of the Payment Processor for reference purposes.
We save your personal information in our database in order to improve our Website’s and user experience and in accordance with our TOS. If you wish that your personal information be permanently deleted from our database when you stop using our Services, please notify us at developers@horizon.camera.

Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify an individual. Cookies merely recognize the web browser.
